Litter Pick 10am Wednesday 9th February 2022

WE are organising a litter pick along the A61 and Wentworth Way again on the above date. It may be that the actual location may change due to roadworks and if so there are plans to deal with a footpath by McDonalds.

However, The meeting point is by the bus stop on the A61 at the top of Wentworth Way at about 10am. If this changes for any reason we will let you know.

This event will be supported by Twiggs and McDonalds staff along with as many local supporters and residents as possible.

There has been a tremendous response and interest at the last 5 community litter picks, and we hope this will continue forward.

Please bring any protective equipment you have, i.e. gloves, litter pickers. We will provide bags and hi-viz vests and we do have a limited supply of picker sticks available.

Lets continue the great work in Tankersley and Pilley.
